If you are having a problem with your SnoreMender, please contact us and explain the problem. Sometimes an adjustment will help, and we also have some alternate designs that may work better for you (we do not charge to switch to these). If we can't resolve the problem to your satisfaction. just return your SnoreMender for a refund (cost of return shipping is not included).
Guarantee conditions vary from time to time - the conditions of each sale are those applicable at time of purchase. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Your transaction will be completely safe and confidential. By using PayPal and BlueSnap as our payment processors, we never see your payment information. Your name, address and email will be provided to us from Paypal and BlueSnap so we can ship the product to you. All information you provide will not be sold or provided to any third parties.
We cannot accept responsibility for any problems due to use of the SnoreMender. If you are concerned about the SnoreMender, or it causes you undue pain when worn, please contact us to discuss your situation, to see if the device can be adapted. If in doubt, you should check with your dentist.
